About the Role Tallmadge Fulfillment is looking for dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support our daily fulfillment operations. This role is critical to ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. If you like hands-on work, moving throughout the day, and being part of a team that keeps things running smoothly, this role is for you.

What You'll DoReceive and organize incoming inventory

Label, sort, and stage shipments for outbound carriers

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse

Use scanners and warehouse software to track inventory

Assist with cycle counts and general inventory control

Follow safety procedures and company processes

What We're Looking For Comfortable driving forklift throughout the day Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
