We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Chef and Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team with passion, precision, and innovation. - Lead chef and supervise all kitchen staff, including cooks, and kitchen assistants, promoting teamwork and professional growth
- Oversee menu planning, ensuring a balance of innovative dishes and classic favorites that meet guest expectations and dietary requirements
- Coordinate and work with restaurant management on catering and wedding events that happen all year long
- Manage food production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met or exceeded
- Maintain strict inventory control by monitoring stock levels, working with the restaurant managers on ordering supplies, and minimizing waste through effective food management practices
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and sanitation standards to uphold the highest levels of hygiene and safety in the kitchen
- Coordinate and preparing catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail in food preparation and service timing
- Implement training programs focused on culinary techniques, food handling, and customer service excellence
- Monitor kitchen operations continuously to optimize workflow efficiency and elevate overall food service quality
- Proven experience as Head Chef and Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant fine dining establishment
- Extensive culinary expertise with strong background in Italian food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu development
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising diverse teams in fast-paced settings
- Knowledge of dietary department practices and catering operations is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of inventory management, cost control, and food industry best practices
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and health regulations
- Previous experience in banquet service, hospitality environments, or restaurant management is preferred
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and delivering exceptional guest experiences
