Full-Time Overnight Position

Reading, PA (Berks County)

Starting Pay: $17.00/hour

Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM

• Maintain a professional security presence at assigned client sites
• Patrol the property, monitor access points, and identify safety or security concerns
• Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports using Belfry Software
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and security incidents
• Enforce client policies and site procedures
• Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and fellow officers
• Follow all company and client-specific security protocols

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, observation, and problem‑solving skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work in various environments
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Flexible availability based on client scheduling needs
• Must successfully pass a background check
• Must attend a mandatory in‑person orientation before beginning work

• Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
• Overtime pay for all hours worked over 40 in a workweek, in accordance with applicable law
• 40 hours of Paid Time Off, beginning to accrue after the successful completion of the probationary period
• Additional $0.25/hour for active‑duty military members and veterans
