Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Treatment Plan Coordinator based in Tamarac, FL. The Treatment Plan Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating patient treatment plans, handling insurance verification and claims, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring clear communication with patients and dental staff. The role also includes scheduling appointments, explaining treatment options to patients, and maintaining accurate patient records.
Qualifications
- Treatment Planning and Dental Care skills
- Experience with Insurance verification and claims handling
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in dental software and office applications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in dental administration is a plus
