Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including hallways, waiting areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points;
Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to help to deter unauthorized access, assist with visitor direction, and support orderly movement throughout the location;
Assist with de-escalation support, access control activities, and communication with staff and/or first responders during medical, behavioral, and other security-related events
