Job Description:

We are seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Associate to join our team in Tamarac, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse environment, possess strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, and be able to meet the high physical demands of the role.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and organize inventory shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform inventory checks and restock shelves as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment as necessary.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and sorting merchandise.
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in both English and Spanish.
• Report any issues or discrepancies in inventory or shipments.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Must be able to push, pull, and carry heavy materials.
• Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and conditions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
