• Create a safe, stimulating environment by preparing materials and arranging rooms to encourage children’s growth.
• Lead educational activities that support children’s physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Assume the key person role, overseeing children’s development, caring needs, and building strong family connections.

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to apply child‑development knowledge to plan and deliver activities.
