THE ROLE
As a Panel Beater / Panel Technician, you'll be responsible for repairing accident-damaged vehicles to a high standard, ensuring repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with manufacturer repair methods.

Key responsibilities include:

· Assessing damaged vehicle panels and determining the appropriate repair or replacement method.

· Repairing and replacing body panels and structural components as required.

· Carrying out straightening, alignment, and structural repairs using appropriate equipment.

· Restoring vehicles to manufacturer specifications while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

· Working closely with MET Technicians, Paint Technicians, and other workshop colleagues to maintain an efficient repair process.

· Managing allocated repairs effectively to meet agreed productivity and quality standards.

· Carrying out quality checks to ensure completed repairs meet the required standard.

· Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

ABOUT YOU
This opportunity would suit an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Vehicle Body Repair Technician / Body Repair Technician who takes pride in producing high-quality repairs.

You'll ideally have:

· Previous experience as a Panel Beater or Panel Technician within an accident repair centre or Bodyshop.

· Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ/IMI/SVQ/ATA), with ongoing commitment to continuous professional development.

· Proven experience

· Strong knowledge of modern vehicle body repair methods and techniques.

· Experience repairing and replacing damaged body and structural components.

· Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

· The ability to work efficiently while maintaining consistently high repair standards.

· Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

· A full UK driving licence.
