Responsibilities- Lead and manage multiple audit engagements across diverse industries
- Supervise and review staff work for quality, accuracy, and compliance
- Perform risk and control assessments and ensure timely audit delivery
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and present audit findings
- Support staff development and contribute to firm and community initiatives
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- 3–5+ years of public accounting experience (Audit Supervisor) or 6+ years (Audit Manager)
- Strong external audit knowledge and experience leading engagements
- CPA preferred but not required (open to CPA-track professionals)
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
