Keller is looking for an experienced Accounting Assistant
based out of our Tampa, FL location.

• Prepare and process company credit card charges, including matching receipts and job costing for related charges
• Maintain digital wallets to ensure that they are up to date and accurate
• Communicate with supervisory team regarding any questionable expenses
• Process AP invoices
• Research AP vendor statements; assist the accounting department on other projects as needed.

• Previous experience performing the responsibilities above preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work with others in a team environment
• Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
