COMPANY OVERVIEW:Chiropractic Health Partners (CHP) is a Management Services Organization (MSO) that acquires and grows practices by providing its partner physicians with the resources, analytics, and expertise needed to add new service lines, build de novo locations, recruit additional providers, improve marketing and optimize processes. We enable our chiropractic doctors and providers to focus on patient care while we focus on managing the business aspects of their practice.

Private equity company, The Brydon Group (), invested in CHP in July 2023, recognizing the need for larger players in this highly fragmented market. The Brydon Group invests in healthcare services, Business to Business (B2B), Business to Government (B2G) and software services.
JOB OVERVIEW:The Staff Accountant is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the financial statements by performing reconciliations, journal entries and analysis for multiple chiropractic entities. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and experience with full-cycle accounting within a smaller organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and capable of acting independently in the details while keeping the big picture in mind.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Perform daily accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close procedures for multiple entities.
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Perform asset and liability balance sheet reconciliations.
- Perform standard month-end accrual and amortization journal entries.
- Perform ad-hoc reclassification and allocation journal entries as needed.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data.
- Utilize Sage Intacct, Ramp, Excel, and Microsoft 365 for accounting and reporting tasks.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and automation projects.
- Assist with audits and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to effectively handle ambiguity and manage change
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a rapidly changing work environment
- Focused on team-oriented results
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
- 2+ years of accounting experience (multi-entity, full-cycle experience preferred).
- Experience with cloud-based ERP systems (Sage Intacct, Net Suite, Automatica, etc.).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with Excel and Microsoft 365.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- CPA or progress towards CPA certification.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry or PE-backed organizations.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid role.
- Experience with multi-entity organizations
