Office​/Accounting Manager

Dirt On Demand is hiring an experienced Office/Accounting Manager to lead accounting and administrative operations across Dirt On Demand and its three subsidiaries. This role drives financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and executive support for a fast‑growing construction services group.

We’re looking for a proactive leader with Master‑level Quick Books Online expertise and deep experience running a high‑volume office.

• Full‑cycle accounting for Dirt On Demand + 3 subsidiaries
• Customer billing, job costing, and collections
• Vendor/subcontractor payables, NTOs, and lien waivers
• Weekly and monthly financial reporting
• New customer and vendor vetting, onboarding, and compliance
• Insurance certificate tracking and renewals
• Payroll processing and benefits administration

• 10+ years of accounting and office management experience
• Associate’s degree in accounting, business, or related field
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong understanding of construction‑industry accounting, lien laws, and compliance
• Excellent organization, communication, and leadership skills
