We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, staying organized, and finding better ways to get things done.

The position will be heavily focused on A/R and A/P — generating invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate, timely records. As you grow in the role and gain familiarity with our systems, traditional accounting responsibilities will be introduced, along with opportunities to take on greater ownership and leadership responsibilities over time.

We’re seeking someone who can hold their own, communicate clearly, and protect process integrity. This position is ideal for someone who wants to develop into a future management or leadership role by first mastering the foundational details that keep our operations running smoothly.

• Generate and process A/R and A/P invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
• Track receivables, reconcile payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Process vendor invoices and coordinate with the Accounting Manager to ensure accurate coding, approval, and timely payment.
• Maintain clear, organized, and up-to-date financial records to support daily operations and client reporting.
• Maintain clear, professional communication to support consistency and alignment across teams.
• Stay alert to workflow inefficiencies and share observations that could help streamline tasks.
• Monitor financial workflows to spot and prevent bottlenecks — ensuring processes run smoothly and clients receive consistent, high-quality service.

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data organization, analysis, and report creation.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Professional communication skills — able to maintain composure and respond with clarity and kindness when requests fall outside established processes.
• Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and handling conflicting direction with sound judgment.
• Experience with accounting software (Quick Books, Xero, or similar).
• An operations-first mindset, understanding how accuracy, efficiency, and process consistency directly support the client experience and overall business flow.
