Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid)
Salary: $80,000 – $120,000

• Manage general accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and full-cycle accounting processes

• Lead and support the month-end close process, ensuring completion within 10 business days

• Maintain and reconcile financial statements across 33 site/location-level entities

• Oversee multi-entity accounting within a complex organizational structure

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across all locations

• Prepare schedules and documentation to support internal and external audit requirements

• Support daily accounting operations and assist with transactional oversight as needed

• Contribute to system integrations and reporting enhancements, including initiatives involving Paycom, Sage, and Power BI

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency through automation and technology

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Strong technical accounting foundation, including month-end close, journal entries, and full-cycle accounting

• Experience working in a multi-entity environment with complex organizational structures

• Proficiency in accounting systems and reporting tools; exposure to Paycom, Sage, or Power BI is a plus

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
