Accountant, Accounting Manager

Our client is seeking a hands-on Accountant to oversee and manage all daily accounting operations within their growing small business. This fully on-site opportunity in Tampa, FL, is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, close-knit environment, values accountability, and wants to make a meaningful impact both operationally and culturally within the organization.

• Lead month-end close, reporting, and reconciliations
• Supervise AP/AR staff and ensure accurate processing
• Manage project billing, forecasting, and cost accounting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Assisting in Payroll processing

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
• Experience with Quick Books desktop or online
• 3+ years of accounting experience, including leadership
• Detail-oriented and dependable
