** Job Summary    The A/R Coordinator compiles amounts owed to the company by customers or clients, and inputs figures to the accounting system.

** What you will do
*** Prepare, review, and distribute invoices
* Process credit card charges; follow up on and resolve declines
* Manage billing for multiple clients with varying requirements
* Communicate proactively with management regarding problem accounts
* Post payments and process unit refunds
* Conduct follow-up and collection calls on delinquent accounts
* Provide customer service related to billing inquiries
* Process Direct Bill applications
* Perform account research and reconciliations
* Lead monthly A/R meetings
* Work with spreadsheets for reporting and tracking
** What you have
**** Experience and Education
*** High school diploma
* 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable is required.
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook required, along with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* This role works closely with outside markets and clients. Hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
** Competencies
