We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage and oversee key accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support month-end and year-end close processes. The ideal candidate has strong technical accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with management.
Key Responsibilities- Perform and review month-end and year-end close activities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and supporting schedules
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, including bank, balance sheet, and income statement accounts
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Review journal entries prepared by staff accountants and provide guidance as needed
- Improve accounting processes and internal controls
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc reporting as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting
