Location: Tampa, FL (Westshore Area - Onsite)
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

- Perform daily and monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare and post journal entries with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with month-end close, including account reconciliations and variance review
- Maintain accurate financial records within Quick Books (QB)
- Support AP/AR functions as needed to ensure smooth accounting operations
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Assist with reporting and provide documentation for internal use
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in Quick Books (QB) required
- Experience with bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close support
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
