• Set up new vendors and maintain accurate vendor records.

• Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred.
• 2+ years of accounts payable experience required.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Experience in multi-entity environments strongly preferred.
• Professional confidence in vendor communication.
• Background in high-volume corporate environments.
• Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
