Tax Manager - Exempt Organizations

As a Tax Manager (or Tax Senior, depending on experience and culture fit) supporting our Not‑For‑Profit industry, you will serve as a key leader in our Tax practice and help clients protect their tax‑exempt status.

• Provide tax compliance and consulting services related to protecting tax‑exempt status.
• Prepare and/or review tax returns for exempt organizations and their taxable affiliates (Forms
  990/1120).
• Leverage project‑management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Lead and develop Tax Staff and Seniors in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrate superior client‑service skills.
• Consult with market and firm leaders.
• Network within the community and client industries.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Master’s preferred).
• Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting, including at least 1 year of managerial experience.
• Experience with tax‑exempt organizations.

Salary range: $100,060–$162,100.
