Audit Senior; Tampa - Hybrid

• Dialogue with engagement teams over engagement efficiencies and client‑specific risks.
• Develop the audit approach to be used by engagement teams.
• Instruct and supervise fellow A&A staff throughout engagements.
• Broaden technical knowledge through review of complex client transactions.
• Prepare and/or review financial statements.
• Complete general audit procedures, including coordination of audit closing communications, drafting client correspondence, and resolving open items.
• Research technical issues using online tools.
• Perform other duties as needed on engagements and as assigned by supervisory personnel.

An ideal candidate demonstrates a passion for superior client service, uncompromising integrity, excellent project‑management abilities, and leadership skills. The fast‑paced environment requires a strong sense of urgency.

• 2+ years’ experience in public accounting.
• Experience using Engagement software is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• CPA certification or eligibility to obtain a CPA license.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously (multi‑tasking).

Pay Range: $82,300 – $107,000.
