Job Summary

Cherry Bekaert LLP, one of the nation's largest accounting and consulting firms, is seeking an Audit Manager for its Tampa, FL office. The role focuses on leading audit engagements, managing associate teams, and providing superior client service.

• Lead and develop audit associates, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Manage multiple audit engagements, ensuring quality, deadlines, and compliance with professional standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Apply analytical and project‑management skills to solve complex audit issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Support business development efforts and contribute to firm growth.

• At least 5years of experience in public accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Master’s preferred).
• CPA certification with an active license.
• Strong project‑management, analytical, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and deliver high‑quality work.

Competitive compensation with a base salary range of $104,400 to $146,200 annually, plus a performance‑based bonus program.
