Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Collections Clerk:

• Manage and collect on 60+ day past-due B2B accounts through outbound phone outreach

• Post payments and reconcile customer accounts for accuracy

• Maintain detailed payment notes and account records in Excel and Towbooks

• Escalate account disputes to AR leadership and dispatch teams as needed

• Build productive relationships with customers and internal teams

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Collections Clerk:

• 1+ year of B2B collections experience (required)

• Comfortable on the phones, speaking with customers

• Experience posting payments and reconciling AR accounts

• Ability to independently manage daily collections activity
