Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts receivable and collections activities for assigned customers
* Perform cash application and reconcile customer payments
* Monitor, analyze, and maintain AR aging reports
* Follow up on past-due balances and drive resolution
* Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
* Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation
* Collaborate with internal teams to support issue resolution
* Support ongoing process improvements and system initiatives
* Experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Collections
* Understanding of AR aging, reconciliations, and cash application
* Strong Excel skills (data analysis, formulas, reporting)
* Experience working in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
