Staff Accountant – Seffner, FL (On-Site)

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000

Key Responsibilities:
As a Staff Accountant, you will:

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of cash activity
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Complete account reconciliations and maintain general ledger integrity
• Support the month-end close process and ensure timely, accurate reporting
• Maintain financial records within Great Plains
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed

Qualifications:
The ideal Staff Accountant will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 1+ year of accounting experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
• Experience with bank reconciliations, journal entries, and account reconciliations preferred
• Solid understanding of debits and credits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
