At Saltmarsh, our internship program is designed to bring your education to life through hands‑on experience, personalized mentorship, and a real‑world look into public accounting. From day one, you’ll be paired with a peer mentor and receive ongoing feedback to support your growth and success. All internships are paid and may be eligible for college credit
