Staff Accountant

Position Overview

Crown Holdings, Inc. is a world‑leader in metal packaging production, dedicated to sustainability and innovation. This role is located on‑site at Crown’s Tampa Headquarters and is a core member of the Corporate Accounting Department.

• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and year‑end closing processes.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts.
• Handle Fixed Asset accounting, including PAR approvals, capitalizations, disposals, and physical inventories.
• Assist other departments with special projects as needed.
• Maintain accurate account analysis records.

• AA or BA in business, finance, or accounting.
• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related financial role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook).
