We are a Tampa-based group of family-run companies operating across beverage CPG, brand incubation, distribution, and wholesale. Our portfolio includes Savia USA, Smart Brands USA, and Xpress Distributors. We are a fast-moving, hands-on organization where every team member has direct visibility into the business and works closely with ownership.

We are hiring an Accounting Clerk to support the daily transaction processing for our family of companies. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to build a long-term career in accounting. You will work alongside our Bookkeeper and Junior Accountant, with clear growth opportunities as you develop your skills.

• Enter vendor bills and invoices into Zoho Books and Quick Books across multiple entities
• Process accounts payable: prepare check runs, ACH payments, and credit card payments
• Generate and send customer invoices and statements
• Apply customer payments and post them to the correct accounts
• File and organize physical and digital records, including receipts, invoices, and statements
• Match purchase orders, packing slips, and vendor invoices for three-way verification
• Maintain vendor and customer master files with accurate contact and payment information
• Assist with mailing checks, scanning documents, and routine office accounting tasks
• Support the Bookkeeper with data entry during month-end close
• Communicate with vendors and customers on basic billing and payment questions

• 0 to 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative experience
• Familiarity with Quick Books or Zoho Books (training will be provided for the right candidate)
• Basic understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets (basic formulas, sorting, filtering)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow established processes
• High school diploma required; coursework or degree in Accounting or Business is a plus
• Professional communication skills for vendor and customer interactions

• Internship or coursework in accounting
• Experience with multi-entity or multi-company environments
• Beverage, food CPG, or distribution industry exposure
• Bilingual English and Spanish

• Salary of $35,000 to $42,000 based on experience
• Entry-level role with hands-on training and mentorship from experienced accounting staff
