Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting an Accounts Payable Coordinator in Tampa, FL 33607. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a leading cosmetics company engaged in skin care, sun protection, make‑up, perfume, hair care and hair color.
Responsibilities- Electronically process accounts payable transactions by way of 3‑way matching for the client's USA, Canada and/or manufacturing plants.
- Coordinate assigned activities within the accounts payable function to ensure accurate and timely payment processing using SAP Fusion.
- Operate a Wise or Canada platform and act as an AP Champion to ensure proper and consistent compliance with client‑approved policies and procedures.
- Influence and work collaboratively with buyers, vendors and business partners to gain resolution on parked and blocked invoices.
- Leverage customer service and communication skills to respond to internal and external customer inquiries including vendor statement reconciliation and procurement issues.
- Think outside the box to offer new and creative solutions to improve the shared services environment.
- Participate in special projects that impact the shared services working environment and overall client business goals.
- 2–4 years of accounts payable experience.
- High school diploma required; a college degree preferred.
- Experience processing a high volume of invoices (75‑100 per day).
- Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience highly preferred.
- Willingness and ability to work overtime during peak demand periods and the monthly closing cycle.
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Consumer product background preferred.
- Experience with document imaging systems like Readsoft preferred.
Pay: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Weekly paycheck.
