Senior Tax Accountant

Overview

We are partnered with one of the leaders in the design, manufacture, and sale of packaging products and equipment for consumer and industrial products. In this role you'll focus on preparing and managing federal and state income tax filings, including consolidated Form 1120.

• Prepare federal consolidated Form 1120 and multi-state income tax returns using CORPTAX, including all related schedules, extensions, and estimated payments.
• Reconcile tax depreciation and complete Forms 4562, 4626, and 4797, along with all book-to-tax adjustments.
• Calculate state apportionment, assess nexus, and apply required state tax modifications.
• Assist with year-end tax provision inputs and deferred tax adjustments.

• 3+ years of public accounting and/or relevant industry tax experience
• Knowledge of ASC 740
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required
• CPA certification and/or Master’s degree is preferred
• CORPTAX experience is highly preferred
• Familiarity with AS400, Onstream, and Alteryx is a plus
