Leeds Resources is working with a client in Tampa that is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their growing team.
This will be a contract-to-hire position.
- Review A/P and A/R invoices for appropriate period, account code, documentation, and authorization
- Upload invoices to 3rd party platforms as needed
- Customer / vendor onboarding (verify tax and banking information)
- Enter data in accounting system, ensuring accuracy and follow up
- Maintain a schedule of bills to be paid timely and support cash flow statements
- Run, prepare, and reconcile various financial and analytical reports
- Track, record, and maintain accounting schedules
- Assist with AR aging collections
- Prepare files for import into accounting system
- Contribute to timely month-end close
- Support management in year-end audit
- Minimum BA/BS in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience using Net Suite
