• Oversee accounting operations for a portfolio of venues.
• Review and approve work prepared by staff accountants.
• Provide training, coaching, and development to team members.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across assigned locations.
• Handle complex areas such as deferred revenue and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Communicate financial concepts clearly to non-accounting stakeholders.

• 3–4 years of public accounting experience (audit or tax backgrounds welcome).
• Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle.
• Experience mentoring or reviewing work of staff/interns.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
