Staff Accountant

• Reconcile, adjust, and maintain balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare monthly recurring journal entries.
• Assist with month‑end close and ad‑hoc requests.
• Research and troubleshoot accounting issues.
• Bring discrepancies to the appropriate leader while suggesting potential solutions.

• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, and keyboard shortcuts.
• Effective written and verbal communication to interact with various levels of colleagues.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Demonstrated professional skepticism.
• Exhibit the firm’s core values and culture‑aligned behavior.

• Four‑year degree in Accounting required.
• 1–2 years in corporate accounting or auditing required, or relevant internship(s) if a recent graduate.
• Working knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• CPA track is a plus, but not required.

• Fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.
• Must interact effectively with various levels of management both inside and outside the organization.
