Salary: $200,000 - $400,000 per year

We are seeking a Tax Partner who will play a pivotal role in shaping our tax practice, bringing both technical expertise and a strategic growth mindset. • Lead the Tax Practice:
  Oversee day-to-day operations of the tax department, ensuring timely, accurate, and high‑quality deliverables across a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Client Engagement:
  Serve as the primary advisor for high‑value clients, delivering strategic tax planning, compliance, and consulting services tailored to each client's unique goals.
• Technical Review & Compliance:
  Review and sign off on complex tax returns including partnerships (1065), C‑corporations (1120), S‑corporations (1120S), and sole proprietor ships (Schedule
  
  C); ensure all work aligns with the latest tax code and regulatory changes.
• Growth & Business Development:
  Leverage your existing relationships and market insights to attract new clients, expand service offerings, and grow the firm’s revenue base.
• Strategic Tax Planning:
  Identify and implement proactive tax strategies to help clients minimize risk, enhance profitability, and remain in compliance.
• Team Leadership & Mentoring:
  Provide guidance and mentorship to staff at all levels; develop talent and promote a culture of learning, collaboration, and client service.
