Our Tampa-based consulting client is seeking a Senior Accountant with at least 10 years of hands‑on accounting experience to join its growing team. This organization provides comprehensive accounting and financial management services to law firms, including general accounting, client billing, payroll processing, financial reporting, and financial analysis.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- Master's degree preferred
- CPA designation strongly preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior public accounting experience preferred
- Law firm accounting experience is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Oversee general accounting functions for client law firms
- Manage client billing and accounts receivable processes
- Coordinate payroll processing and related reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Provide strategic financial insight and operational support to clients
