Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager supports daily accounting operations across multiple entities. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational financial discipline while managing a small accounting team and partnering with leadership.

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
• Review and analyze financial statements for completeness, consistency, and alignment with operational performance
• Support month-end and year-end close across multiple entities
• Ensure timely bank reconciliations and balance sheet integrity
• Maintain quality control over financial transactions and reporting accuracy
• Assist with preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting
• Support regulatory reporting and audit preparation
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance with GAAP

• Supervise accounting staff as assigned
• Partner with operations to ensure accurate reporting

• 4+ years' experience in accounting or finance leadership (Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, or similar)
• Strong understanding of financial statements and detailed financial analysis
• Experience with multi-entity accounting preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience

• CPA or CPA-track.
• Experience in beauty, distribution, logistics, or e-commerce environments.
