This is a hands-on accounting role with real visibility into how a growing business operates. You will work directly alongside ownership across a portfolio of companies in beverage CPG, brand incubation, distribution, and wholesale, including Savia USA, Smart Brands USA, and Xpress Distributors.

What You Will Do- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and merchant accounts monthly across multiple entities
- Maintain accurate books in Zoho Books and Quick Books, including journal entries, AP, AR, and GL upkeep
- Process vendor bills, customer invoices, and payment runs
- Track intercompany transactions and assist with month-end close
- Support sales tax filings, 1099 prep, and year-end close coordination with our outside CPA
- Maintain organized digital records for all transactions
- Flag discrepancies and propose process improvements
- Help build and refine internal accounting workflows as we scale
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Working proficiency in both Zoho Books and Quick Books
- Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping, accruals, and basic GAAP
- Ability to reconcile accounts independently and close books monthly
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple entities at once
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Multi-entity bookkeeping experience
- Inventory accounting background
- Experience in beverage, food CPG, distribution, or wholesale
- Salary of $55,000 to $62,000 based on experience
- Direct exposure to ownership and a front-row seat to how a multi-company portfolio operates
- A clear growth path into Senior Accountant or Controller as the business scales
