ACF Industrial Energy in Tampa, FL is seeking an Accounting Specialist to provide general accounting support for the corporate office and PACS, handling clerical tasks, answering calls, filing, data processing, and record-keeping under the direction of the Company Controller.
You will manage accounts receivable for PACS, post deposits, process invoices, perform month-end tasks, support AP responsibilities, and assist with check runs and vendor reconciliations while maintaining confidentiality.
