Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Supervisor:

• Lead, train, and mentor the Accounts Payable team while overseeing daily operations.

• Manage escalated invoice issues, payment exceptions, and vendor inquiries.

• Monitor reporting, KPIs, and workflow performance to drive operational efficiency.

• Oversee PO-based invoice processing, three-way matching, and discrepancy resolution.

• Partner with operations, procurement, and leadership teams to improve AP processes and support change management initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and quality standards.

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Supervisor:

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.

• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.

• Experience with large ERP systems and high-volume AP environments.

• Background in construction, manufacturing, or another PO-driven environment strongly preferred.

• Experience leading teams through process changes, transitions, or operational improvements.
