Senior Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity foran accounting professional who enjoys owningthe month-endcloseprocess, partnering with operations, and contributing to financial reporting and business performance.

As the Senior Accountant, you'll be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity ofthe financial records for an assignedentitywhile supporting key accounting and financial reporting functions.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the monthly and quarterly close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger and intercompany accounts,identifying and recommending necessary adjustments.
• Manage the fixed asset register, capital expenditure accounting,and depreciation schedules.
• Prepare andpost accruals and prepaid expenses while reconciling balance sheetand income statement accounts.
• Complete monthly account analyses and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations using
  
  OneStream.
• Generate customer invoice sand assist with accounts receivable collections as needed.
• Prepare and file monthly multi-state sales tax returns.
• Analyze cost ofsales variances and collaborate with Operations to identify trendsandimprovement opportunities.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis.
• Support internal and external audits bypreparingschedules and providing requested documentation.
• Participate in the annual physical inventory process.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum of five(5) years ofprogressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding ofU.S. GAAPand general accounting principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with ERPsystems is required.
• Experience with Epicorand/or One Streamispreferred.
• CPA or MBAis a plusbut not required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention todetail with the ability to manage multiple priorities andmeet deadlines.
• Self-motivated withtheability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
