Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for a candidate with experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger activity who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Record and maintain accurate general and subledger entries across multiple entities
• Process and post customer payments (ACH, wires, and checks)
• Track and reconcile daily cash activity
• Assist with month-end close, including AR reporting and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Support audit requests and provide AR related reporting

• Associate degree in accounting or 3+ years of accounting experience
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar ERP system (required)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in multi-entity or multi-location environments preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
