Our client, a growing company in the Tampa Bay area, is seeking an AR Analyst to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a sharp, motivated professional ready to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounts receivable and monitor customer balances
- Resolve billing discrepancies and overdue accounts
- Serve as the AR point of contact for customers on billing issues
- Prepare and maintain AR-related reports and supporting documentation
- Perform reconciliations and investigate variances
- Provide inventory-related accounting support
- Prepare journal entries
- Other duties as needed
What We're Looking For:
- 2–5 years of accounting experience
- Full-cycle AR experience (billing, collections, cash applications)
- Comfortable being the customer-facing point of contact on billing issues
- Strong attention to detail and reconciliation experience
- Go-getter personality, comfortable with an open-door, fast-changing environment
- Must be comfortable working fully in-office — 1 day in office after training
