- Direct financial reporting, month-end close activities, and cash flow management across multiple entities.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, forecasting efforts, and long-range financial planning.
- VP of Accounting will champion finance transformation initiatives, including system enhancements, automation, and process improvements.
- Oversee payroll operations and ensure accuracy across related financial functions.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and provide meaningful analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Manage and develop the accounting team while serving as a strategic business partner to ownership and leadership.
- 10+ years of progressive healthcare finance and accounting leadership experience.
- Proven healthcare industry expertise, including oversight of multi-entity financial operations and reporting.
- Hands-on experience leading accounting system implementations, upgrades, or ERP conversions.
- Strong background driving finance automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- CPA preferred, but not required.
