• Play a key role in the month-end close and financial reporting processes, gaining exposure to critical business operations
• Own reconciliations, journal entries, and account analyses to ensure the accuracy of financial data
• The Staff Accountant collaborates with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on high-impact accounting and finance projects
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis that supports business decision-making
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives that increase efficiency and strengthen internal controls

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent accounting experience
• Experience supporting accounting functions such as reconciliations, financial reporting, or month-end close
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Desire to grow professionally within Accounting and Finance; CPA-track candidates are encouraged to apply
