• Play a key role in the month-end close process and financial reporting activities.
• Work closely with accounting leadership while maintaining a high level of autonomy.
• Gain exposure to multiple areas of accounting, including general ledger, reconciliations, AP, and AR.
• Utilize leading ERP systems, including Great Plains and Net Suite.

• Assist with month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and post journal entries while ensuring accuracy within the general ledger.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve account discrepancies and variances.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Great Plains and/or Net Suite preferred.
