Accounts Receivable Specialist (JN - Tampa, Florida
Salary: USD
23 - USD
26 per hour
Ledgent Finance & Accounting is partnering with a valued client in the Tampa area that has an immediate need for an Accounts Receivable Specialist
. This is a temporary opportunity with a growing organization seeking a detail-oriented professional who can step in quickly and make an impact.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recent high-volume Accounts Receivable experience and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Process high-volume accounts receivable transactions
- Perform cash application and payment posting
- Manage customer account reconciliations
- Conduct collections activities and follow up on outstanding balances
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies
- Monitor aging reports and maintain accurate AR records
- Collaborate with customers and internal departments regarding account issues
- Assist with month-end AR reporting and reconciliations
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong cash application and collections background
- Experience with account reconciliations and aging reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- ERP system experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to start immediately
