Salary: $70,000 – $85,000

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• Lead month-end close activities within a five-day close cycle

• Prepare journal entries and perform complex account reconciliations

• Manage payroll accounting and related financial transactions

• Investigate and resolve account variances and reconciliation discrepancies

• Perform financial analysis, trend analysis, and flux reporting

• Support process improvements, documentation, and internal control initiatives

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• 3+ years of accounting experience, including month-end close and general ledger accounting

• Strong experience with journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis

• Payroll accounting experience preferred

• Advanced Excel skills, including reporting, analysis, and pivot tables

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
