Senior Accountant
Location:
Greater Tampa Bay, FL Salary: $80,000 – $100,000

- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes while ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, account reconciliations, and variance analyses to support business decisions
- The Senior Accountant will partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and strategic initiatives
- Drive process improvements, automation efforts, and internal control enhancements to improve efficiency and scalability
- Mentor and support junior accounting professionals while serving as a key contributor to the accounting team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Progressive accounting experience with expertise in financial reporting, general ledger management, and month-end close
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, account reconciliations, financial analysis, and variance reporting
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or accounting systems such as Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms
- CPA, CPA-track, or candidates pursuing continued professional growth are strongly encouraged to apply
