• Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts Payable team while overseeing daily operations.
• Resolve escalated invoice issues, payment exceptions, and vendor concerns.
• Monitor KPIs, reporting, and workflows to improve performance and efficiency.
• Oversee PO invoice processing, three-way matching, and discrepancy resolution.
• Partner with operations, procurement, and leadership to enhance AP processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and quality standards.

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with large ERP systems in high-volume AP environments.
• Construction, manufacturing, or other PO-driven industry experience preferred.
• Proven success leading process improvements, system transitions, or operational changes.
