Salary: $175,000 - $180,000 + Comprehensive Benefits

Key Responsibilities for the VP of Accounting:
- Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and cash flow management across multiple entities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning initiatives
- Drive accounting system upgrades, process automation, and finance transformation projects
- Manage payroll oversight and related financial operations
- Consolidate financial data and deliver executive-level reporting and analysis
- Mentor and lead the accounting team while partnering with ownership on key business decisions
Qualifications for the VP of Accounting:
- 10+ years of progressive healthcare finance and accounting leadership experience
- Proven experience with finance automation, ERP implementations, or accounting system conversions
- Strong background managing multi-entity financial operations and reporting
